Sergio, Per Det. Whitney, The state will most likely charge Herrin multiple accounts of Grand Theft in lieu of one charge of Scheme to Defraud. Once she is charged, an arrest warrant will be issued. Whitney is still wanting on more bank records. Should Herrin be found guilty of 1st degree felonies she could be facing 40 years for each charge. That's all I have so far. Larry
