FYI Case #
2008052319 Stacy Herrin (Tuck)
Sergio,
Per Det. Whitney, The state will most likely charge Herrin
multiple accounts of Grand Theft in lieu of one charge of Scheme
to Defraud. Once she is charged, an arrest warrant will be issued.
Whitney is still wanting on more bank records. Should Herrin be
found guilty of 1st degree felonies she could be facing 40 years
for each charge. That's all I have so far. Larry

Thanks
you guys. Let's try to get the financial documents. Not sure we
can wait any longer for the criminal case. Do you think that will
be possible?
