JUPITER -- A Jupiter man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly left feces on
a vehicle belonging to the president of a home owner’s association where both
live, according to an arrest report.
Jupiter police said that Alexander Ankudinov,
60, was twice caught on surveillance video putting feces on the
HOA president’s 2015 Dodge Charger.
The first time took place on October 15. Ankudinov denied being
involved despite his image on the video and was told by police
he would face stalking charges if he did it again, the report
said.
On Jan. 19, Ankudinov allegedly did it again. He was allegedly
caught on surveillance cameras depositing the feces on the
vehicle at 12:10 a.m.
Ankudinov and the alleged victim live in Riverwalk, a community
of townhomes east of Central Boulevard and north of Indiantown
Road.
The victim was out of town until Jan. 25. After returning, he
told Jupiter police that Ankudinov had been harassing him on a
regular basis because of a disagreement over HOA rules. In one
incident, Ankudinov was in a car when he nearly struck the
victim while he rode in a golf cart.
Ankudinov is facing a charge of stalking and was released from
the Palm Beach County Jail on Thursday after posting a $500
bond.
