HB 613 (SUMMARY): Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies

We need to support this bill. This bill is related to SB 1140 concerning relating to Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies. The bill revises the powers, duties, and obligations of Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, & Mobile Homes of DBPR. In addition, the bill revises provisions relating to mediation & mediator selection. The bill also provides requirements relating to live-in health care aides and that aides no tenancy revises amounts of certain expenses that Florida Mobile Home Relocation Corporation is required to pay mobile home owner; specifies amounts that park owner must pay the corporation.
