We need to support this bill. The  bill would prohibit community associations mandated under   718.116, 719.108, and 720.30851, F.S. from charging a fee for the production and delivery of estoppel certificates.

 
However, the association and management company’s position on this matter may be apposite.   It may be that once this is passed into law, the golden goose is gone…..
