We should support this bill.  This bill amends s. 720.303, to include  new subsection 13, to require an association to provide updated copies of the association’s rules and covenants to every member before October 1, 2024; that the association provide to new members copies of the association’s rules and covenants, which can be done by email (if the unit owner so consents), by physical means (mail) or by digital method by posting on the association’s website.
