Section 19. Section 31 of chapter 2024-244, Laws of Florida.

• The bill amends Section 31 to reflect that amendments made to ss. 718.103(14) and 718.202(3) and 718.407(1), (2), and (6), Florida Statutes, as created by this act, may not apply retroactively and shall only apply to condominiums for which declarations were initially recorded on or after October 1, 2024. However, such amendments do not revive or reinstate any right or interest that has been fully and finally adjudicated as invalid before October 1, 2024.
