Election Revolt: How Florida's First Condo
Ombudsman Became the 500 pound Gorilla has the
distinct honor of being the first volunteer, and to date
the only licensed, election monitor for Florida condos.
As a monitor he ensured that the elections in condos
were carried out properly and that the laws regulating
elections were strictly adhered to. He served in this
position for a little over a year. Host Shu Bartholomew
and guest Val Lucier are talking about his experiences
as an election monitor and find out whether democracy
really is alive and well and thriving in Florida's many
condominiums.
