The course will be called “Condominium Basics”.

There will be 4 two-hour classes. Continuing education credits and a certificate will be available.

Registration is required and the BCC charge for the total course is $25.

The interactive Online Course will start about a month later and will be available to all interested condo owners with computer access.

Bill Raphan, Executive Director of Communication, will be starting a pilot program called "Condominium Business Management."  It’s a monthly seminar series at the Ft. Lauderdale office!

The first course is scheduled for 2 hours on January 24, 2006, at 10 a.m.

Classroom size is very limited. Registration is a must!

1400 W. Commercial Blvd

Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309

Please call: (954) 202-3234 to register!

This is all part of a pilot program trying to develop an effective way to educate interested condo-owners all over Florida – at a reasonable cost. It is imperative that as many owners as possible have access to these kind of courses.

Education of the parties involved in managing the associations will definitely help to reduce the many problems citizens living in these associations are facing!
