Florida’s Condominium Ombudsman, Dr. Virgil Rizzo, will describe the structure and duties of his office and discuss current condominium problems, including how to conduct fair and impartial elections.  This seminar will be of interest to all condominium board members and owners.  The meeting will end with a lively Q &A session!
