Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State
of Florida: |

Section
1. A
moratorium shall exist with respect to any |
| 10 |
request by an insurance
company to increase premium if the |
| 11 |
company is not willing to
submit to a forensic audit. The |
| 12 |
moratorium shall continue
until the company submits to a |
| 13 |
forensic audit. |
| 14 |
Section 2. This
act shall take effect July 1, 2005. |
