Residential Properties: Clarifies law relating to Marketable Record Title Act; revises provision regarding renting of owner units; revises law regarding abandoned units within condominiums, cooperatives, or homeowners' associations; revises voting procedures for condominium, cooperative, & homeowners' association unit owners or members; provides for removal of condominium or homeowners' association directors under certain circumstances; requires ex-board members to relinquish official records within 5 days; provides for suspension of directors or officers charged with certain crimes & provides mechanism for reinstatement; provides emergency powers to cooperative & homeowners' associations.
