While I normally post my podcast on Sundays, so much interest was generated by this “talk-with” Rep. Robaina, that I posted the podcast one day early. This podcast will introduce the changes to the condominium act for 2008 in Florida . For those that would like a hard copy, an outline of the changes, send me an email.
