Although some developers are focusing on community-building amenities, Miami has no shortage of luxury condo towers with concierge services and over-the-top perks — for the few who can afford them. Here’s a rundown of some of the extravagant perks that come with some multimillion dollar pads in South Florida:

  • Eleven on Lenox: The Shoma Group’s enclave of 11 exclusive residences at 1030 15th St. on Miami Beach will feature glass elevators, Scavolini kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, and parking spaces for all four of your Lamborghinis (on South Beach, having just one private parking spot is already a luxury).
  • Oceana Bal Harbour: Residents of the artful (of course) 240-unit luxury condo tower share collective ownership of its multimillion dollar blue-chip art collection. In other words, you too can be a part-owner of a Jeff Koons sculpture/
  • Richman Signature Properties: The luxury division of The Richman Group opened three deluxe apartment communities last year in Kendall, Sunrise and Davie (a fourth is coming soon to Edgewater)Among the perks: agility courses for your dogs and a pet spa to pamper them after a strenous workout.
  • Residences by Armani/Casa: When completed, this joint venture between The Related Group and Dezer Development in Sunny Isles Beach will offer residents their own “lifestylist” to help with your personal fashion and styling needs.

One of the amenities at the Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles will be an ice skating rink. Prices start at $4.2 million.

  • Estates at Acqualina: Residents of this pair of 50-story condo towers, due in 2019, won’t have to leave home for a night out. Among the amenities: A disco, a bowling alley, movie theater, soccer field, basketball court, and a salt room. What, no ice skating rink? Oh wait, yes: There is also an ice skating rink.
  • Aston Martin Residences: Can’t afford a $50 million penthouse at this 66-story luxury tower from G and G Business Development expected in 2022 at 300 Biscayne Blvd. Way? Don’t fret. Four stories worth of amenities — including an infinity edge pool — fitness spa and art gallery, will be spread throughout the 52nd-55th floors, making them accessible to any resident of the building. There’s also a rooftop helipad, for all your chopper-travel needs.
