Then mark your calendar for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 8, when state the state's top condo executives will be available at the South Campus of Broward Community College to answer your questions.

Admission to the session at 7200 Pines Blvd. is free and everyone is invited to meet and ask questions of Danille R. Carroll, the state condo ombudsman; Michael Cochran, director of the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums & Mobile Homes, which enforces state condo law; and state legislators, who help write the laws that regulate condos.
