Election Monitor Training  

July 22, 2009 -  12:00 P.M. -  4:00 P.M.

Prepare to become a certified election monitor or take this opportunity to learn how to properly notice and conduct an election for the board of directors in a condominium association. A mock election will be conducted in class. In order to be eligible for certification as an election monitor participants must complete this course and conduct at least 2 elections under supervision. 

This 4 hour course is designed to educate unit owners and board members on their respective rights, responsibilities, and obligations as members and officers or directors of the association.
