First,
the greedy developers and corrupt politicians bulldozed over
Florida
, once known as The
Sunshine State. They left us citizens with a total mess. Caused
by growth-mismanagement and overbuilding,
there is a disaster here in
Florida
that was
created by
Florida
issues -- not just by the general failure of the
US
economy as they want you to believe.
Look at the real facts and numbers we are dealing with here
in Florida today:
1.) Florida's economy is non-existent.
2.) Florida has the highest unemployment rate in the last 50 years.
3.) Estimated 370,000 homes and/or condos are EMPTY -- number is growing!
4.) Florida's real estate market is dead -- you can barely give your home
away!
5.) Florida is ranked No. 1 in
nation-wide home foreclosures.
6.) The flow of new retirees from up North has stopped. Period!
7.) More people are moving out of Florida than into Florida.
8.) Florida is ranked No. 1 of the 50 states on a "most corrupt
politician" list.
AND ALL THAT WITHOUT AMENDMENT 4!
Then
the developers grabbed the stimulus money given to them by the Worker,
Homeownership and Business Assistance Act of 2009 -- money paid by us, the
citizens. And instead of using it to get our economy and real estate
market back on track, they are using it to bulldoze over our right to vote
on the future of our neighborhoods!

The
“bubble bailout builders” are desperate to defeat AMENDMENT 4.
They collect millions of dollars and hire paid mouthpieces like Ryan
Houck, a kid barely out of college, who is being paid to create outright
lies and falsehoods in order to brainwash Florida's citizens into
believing their propaganda.

Don't
let these greedy developers bulldoze over our right to vote on the future
of our neighborhoods! On November 2,
