Hosted and produced by
Shu Bartholomew, "On The
Commons" is a weekly
radio show dedicated to
discussing the many issues
surrounding mandatory homeowner
associations, the fastest
growing form of residential
housing in the nation.
This Week's
Show
Radio Show
host Shu Bartholomew and
CCFJ, Inc. President Jan
Bergemann
talk about some of the major
issues facing Floridians and
discuss some of the stupidity
that seems to be rampant in
controlled America. We'll find
out just who (and how) those
lawyers are really protecting and
of course, comparing issues on
both sides of the Big Pond.
Remember: The sign: "You
are leaving the American Zone"
is gone in Berlin at Checkpoint
Charlie, but these signs should
be clearly visible at many
entrances of Florida's community
associations. And they discuss
the issues caused by HOAs
controlling landscaping,
including the laws regulating "Florida
Friendly Landscaping" --
pretty useless because the
"watchdog" is obviously bought
and paid for by special
interest.
If
you want to hear more about
shoddy construction, lawsuits
against developers and Florida
Friendly" Landscaping, please listen to this edition
of "On The Commons."
