Fees/Homeowners’ Associations; Requiring each homeowners’ association that operates more than two parcels to pay to the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes an annual fee for each residential parcel operated by the association; requiring that the association be assessed a specified penalty of the amount due if the fee is not paid by a specified date; providing that, until the amount due, plus any penalty, is paid, an association is deemed delinquent and does not have standing to maintain or defend any action in the courts of this state; requiring that all fees the division collects be deposited in the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes Trust Fund, etc.

 

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 906 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
