The ISLAND WALK AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. filed a lawsuit against the builders for -- what seems --
obvious construction defects. Many of the town homes show the problems on first sight.

As usual the comment of the builder: "The law suit has no merit!"
