Dear Resident,

Enclosed please find a Specification Sheet For Customer Duties In Preparing For Tent Fumigation from Dead Bug Edwards. The Specification Sheet must be executed by each resident of the condominium prior to tent fumigation of the entire building by the Association.

Certain residents have indicated that they may refuse to sign the Specification Sheet as they are not in agreement with the method of treatment. Please note, however, that this is a business decision to be made by the Board of Directors and not by any individual resident as the termite infestation is a building-wide problem,

In the event any individual resident fails or refuses to execute the Specification Sheet, the Association will be forced to pursue arbitration and/or legal action to require execution and compliance therewith. In the event such action becomes necessary, the Association shall also seek reimbursement of costs and. attorney's fees.

We trust, however, that no arbitration or legal action will be necessary and that all residents will cooperate and voluntarily comply in this regard.
