Residential Properties; Exempting certain elevators from specific code update requirements; providing requirements for condominiums created within condominium parcels; providing for the establishment of primary condominium and secondary condominium units; revising provisions relating to the amendment of cooperative documents; providing criteria for consent or joinder to an amendment; requiring challenges to an election to commence within a certain time period; specifying certification or educational requirements for a newly elected or appointed cooperative board director; providing requirements for challenging the failure of a board to duly notice and hold the required board meeting or to file the required petition for a recall; revising provisions relating to the amendment of homeowners’ association declarations, etc.
