June 18, 2009, 12:30 - 4:30 P.M. - Condominium Elections (Cost $16)
A comprehensive course on the procedures involved with noticing and conducting condominium elections. An actual election will be conducted as part of the class. Taught by Bill and Susan Raphan of the Office of the Condominium Ombudsman. Education materials will be provided.

July 9, 2009, 12:30 - 4:30 PM, Basic Condominium Finances (Cost $16)
A basic understanding of budgets, reserves, and financial reporting in condominiums. Taught by Bill and Susan Raphan of the Office of the Condominium Ombudsman. Education materials will be provided.

August 6, 2009, 12:30 - 4:30 PM, Condominium Rules and Regulations (Cost $16)
A comprehensive review of rules and regulations in Florida condominiums. Taught by Bill and Susan Raphan of the Office of the Condominium Ombudsman. Educational material will be provided.

The $16 course fee is charged by the college for use of the classroom and facilities, advertising, parking, security services, etc.
